The Cotton Tree Trust Is Joining the London Legal Walk 2025
We’re thrilled to announce that the Cotton Tree Trust will be taking part in the London Legal Walk 2025, an inspiring event that brings together thousands of people from across the legal community to champion access to justice.
On Tuesday, 17th June 2025, our team will walk 10 kilometres through the heart of London to raise vital funds for free legal advice services that support people facing homelessness, poverty, discrimination, and injustice. For us at Cotton Tree, this mission hits close to home.
Why We’re Walking
Every day, we see the real and urgent need for accessible, high-quality legal support. Our legal branch assists refugees and asylum seekers in navigating a complex and often hostile immigration system. We help individuals build strong, evidence-based cases, and we’ve proudly supported many through successful applications for leave to remain.
But we know we’re not alone in this fight. The London Legal Walk is a chance to show solidarity with fellow advice and legal centres, and to raise the funds that keep these lifelines open.

Walking for Justice, Walking with Purpose
As we walk past iconic London landmarks, we’ll be walking for those whose voices are often silenced, whose rights are denied, and whose futures hang in the balance. We’ll walk in the name of compassion, community, and the belief that everyone deserves fair access to justice, regardless of their background or immigration status.
Follow our journey on our social media channels and stay tuned for updates before and after the walk.
Together, we walk. Together, we make justice possible.
