The Legal & Casework Branch

What does the Home Office want to hear? If I tell the truth, will they believe me?

The Cotton Tree is registered with the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), and receives referrals from various sources, including the Refugee Council and Red Cross. The legal and casework branch offers members ‘relaxed time’ to navigate the legal, practical and economic challenges of acquiring status and settling in the UK. It works closely with the heal & grow branch, which aims to build resilience through community. At the heart of all our work is a commitment to attentive listening in an atmosphere of friendship and respect.
